I teach general music to all students in grades 1-6 and to all-day Kindergarteners. I also lead the GM Chorus (grades 4-6), an extracurricular group which will start meeting in October. 6th Grade General Music Students of Mrs. Jaquay (including 5th Graders), Mrs. Sveen and Mrs. Svenson will present a performance on Thursday, November 5 at 6:30 p.m. in the Klahowya auditorium.

5th Grade General Music Students of Mrs. Tedford and Mr. Osborne will present a performance on Thursday, May 6 at 6:30 p.m. in the GM Gym.

4th Grade General Music Students of Mrs. Langholff, Ms. Visserman and Mr. Berry will present a performance on Thursday, October 22 in the GM Gym.

3rd Grade General Music Students of Ms. Martin, Mrs. Lewis (including 2nd graders) and Mrs. Selberg will present a performance on Thursday, March 25 at 6:30 p.m. in the GM Gym.

2nd Grade General Music Students of Mrs. Bower and Ms. Sherbesman will present a performance on Thursday, February 18 at 6:30 p.m. in the GM Gym.

1st Grade General Music Students of Mrs. Cogan, Mrs. Houser and Ms. Sawyer will present a performance on Thursday, February 4 at 6:30 p.m in the GM Gym.

GM Elementary Chorus will start up in October. This year's rehearsal schedule will be posted shortly. Chorus is open to interested students in grades 4-6. Performances are scheduled for December 17 and May 20 in the GM Gym. Both of these concerts will begin at 6:30 p.m. and will be shared with the GM Bands.

Elementary Band Beginning Band (fifth grade) and Advanced Band (sixth grade) is taught during the school day by Mr. Drew Jackson. Students who enroll in band continue to attend General Music along with their classmates.
